I am looking to connect with people on a spiritual level.  To grow as a spiritual being and to help others do the same.  I am not a religious person as I have not found a religion that fully resonates with my soul.  New Thought at the present moment comes as close as I can find.

My spiritual practices include prayer, meditation, journaling and lots of reading.  I am a student of Non-Violent Communication and seek to become fluent in the language of NVC.

I enjoy reading, walking, hiking, Bikram's yoga, and learning new things.  I enjoy heartfelt conversation that goes beyond the surface.  I also enjoy cooking when I have the time:  my favorites are soups, stews, and casseroles.  I love good chocolate. 

I am a single parent who adores her child.  I acknowledge my child as my greatest teacher.

My mission in life is to support individuals, groups, and communities through  conflict resolution, mediation. and/or counseling in enhancing lives throughout the world through a spirtual communion and making heart to heart connections
