About Me
Hi,
I am an author and speaker in the inspirational genre and I conduct Drama Queen Workshops for souls who want to leave fear-based dramas behind. These interactive empowerment workshops spawned from my inaugural book, a whimsical metaphysical memoir entitled EARTH Is the MOTHER of All Drama Queens. My latest book, Crossing an Unseen Bridge: The Law of Attraction Secrets No One Wants to Talk About, will be released in spring 2008.
Formerly a television news reporter, producer and educator, I am currently a public relations consultant. My greatest client is God.
Through my writing and my workshops, I promote the belief that God is good ALL the time. (I truly believe that God has the worse PR on planet Earth.) I tend to rant when I read or hear claims that portray God as exhibiting behavior associated with those of low moral character, such as having low regard for human life, using deadly force, being unfair, bullying, threatening, torturing or threatening to do any of the above. My rants have evolved into a sometimes controversial, often humorous blog entitled "Loud Mouth in the Balcony."
If life is theater, I prefer being onstage with Golden Rulers--actors who treat others the way they'd want to be treated. However, I recently observed that the more I resisted interacting with those who treat others who don't practice the Golden Rule, the more I attracted these fascinating souls onto my stage.
As Neale Donald Walsh wrote in Conversations with God, "What you resist persists." So I devised a strategy to usher these lovely drama queens to the other side of my stage door. Instead of recoiling or resisting them, I decided to embrace the incomparable gift that they offered me: a glorious opportunity to practice, practice, practice Christ-like forgiveness, patience, non-resistance and unconditional love. Regularly, with the help of Dr. Doreen Virtue's "Chakra Clearing" CD, I clear these dark energies and let the Light lead.
It makes all the difference in the world! Within a reasonably short period of time, these souls seem to disappear from my daily experience completely. And my drama consistently ends "happily ever after"!
